Part 1: The Missed Opportunity

The trade show was a bustling hive of activity.
Sarah, a sales representative for a growing tech company, had just wrapped up an intense three-day event. The booth was constantly crowded, and her schedule was packed with meetings and demos.
As she packed up her materials, Sarah felt a sense of accomplishment. She had collected over 50 business cards, each representing a potential new client. She couldn't wait to share the success with her team back at the office.
But as the days turned into weeks, Sarah's excitement began to wane. The initial rush of energy faded, replaced by a growing pile of tasks on her desk—the business cards collected dust in a corner, forgotten amidst the chaos of her daily routine.
Then, one day, she received a call from her manager. "Sarah, did you follow up with the contacts from the trade show?" he asked.
Sarah froze. She knew she hadn't. And now, she was about to discover the consequences of that decision...
